Free plant assessment

Send one year of operating data and energy bills. You will receive a written estimate of savings in kWh and dollars, the assumptions behind it, any changes required before installation, and a fixed price. If your plant is already operating efficiently, the estimate will say so.

There is no minimum plant size, and no commitment is required.

What to send

• The plant name, location and design capacity.
• One year of daily operating data, as available: influent flow, dissolved oxygen, ammonia, airflow and suspended solids.
• One year of electricity bills.
• A contact name, title and telephone number.

Files can be attached to the email in any common format, such as Excel or CSV.

What you receive

• A written estimate of savings in kWh and dollars.
• The assumptions behind the estimate.
• Any changes required before installation, such as instruments that need to be added.
• A fixed price.

The estimate is based on the plant's own data. How quickly the savings repay the cost is estimated for each plant from its own electricity rates.

How the data is used

The data sent for an assessment is used only to prepare the assessment.
